In order to receive  EOPS credit for these workshops, students must submit a typed, one-page reflection about what they learned. This must be turned in to Teresita Guillen-Soto within one week of completing the attended workshop or event.

Make sure that you pick up this form at the EOPS office before the workshop takes place.
This is the only way to receive EOPS workshop credit for these Workshops!
