EOPS students have access to priority course registration, ensuring them the opportunity to secure their classes.

Academic tutoring is available to help EOPS students succeed in their courses.

Keep track of your progress through the semester with access to your APR

We host informative workshops & events tailored to help our students succeed.
PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
EOPS is dedicated to providing OVER AND ABOVE resources to support your goals as a college student. In order to be eligible for the program you must:
- Be a CA resident or AB540
- Be enrolled full-time (12 units)
- Students receiving Disability Support Services (DSS) may take reduced units
- Have less than 55 college units completed
- Qualify for the CA College Promise Grant (CCPG/BOGG Fee Waiver)
- Must meet at least one Educational Qualifier:
- No high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- High School graduates with a GPA 2.5 or less
- First generation college student
- Underrepresented student population
- Current or Former Foster Youth
ONBOARDING | STEPS TO COMPLETE
Step 1
Apply to EOPS: Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to review and process your application.
Step 2
Ensure all documents are complete:
- Financial Aid
- Send high school or other college transcripts to Admissions & Records at transcript@fullcoll.edu OR mail to Fullerton College Admissions & Records office (321 East Chapman Ave, Fullerton, CA 92832)
Step 3
Attend in-person OR virtual orientations.
- Orientation dates to be sent via email
- Attendance is mandatory for official enrollment in the EOPS program for the Fall 2026 semester.
Step 4
Register for the required number of units
- Enroll in at least 12 units to maintain full-time status, unless approved for a reduced unit load by a Disability Support Services academic counselor.

Tuesday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Closed on Weekends and campus holidays.
